    Rohan for 11th std you need to opt for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.

Well buddy, to get in to Automotive Designing field you will have to pursue a program like Automotive Design Engineering which will make you learn the intricacies of designing field. This program will train you on a range of topics including designing, manufacturing and maintenance of automobiles. And for such technical programs- PCM i.e Physics, Chemistry and Maths are mandatory subjects.
