Hello Mahesh, Obviously, VIT University is a better option for B.Tech, but you need to prefer only Vellore and Chennai campuses as they are only better than the other 2 new branches, many don't prefer Bhopal and Amaravathi campuses. VIT University is known for the placements and is ranked among the top private universities in India.
