Which university offers merit-based scholarships to B.Tech students?

Hello! A merit scholarship is a financial award that students receive based on their academic success in high school. There are many universities which offer Merit Based scholarship. Lovely professional university scholarships are also one of the tops in the education world to help brilliant students get some fee concession.
