Hi Abhinav, Both the colleges are at par with each other, but when it comes to placements BIT Mesra outperforms NIT Patna. If you have an interest in CSE, go for it at NIT Patna. Don't make a compromise on your engineering discipline. Otherwise, BIT Mesra would be a better choice. All the best.

    Go as per your interest.
Which one do you like more, CSE or mechanical?
The ranking of both these institutions is almost equivalent. Check their syllabus.

    Hi there,
I can tell you that in this IT-driven period, CSE and IT branches have the upper hand than any other branch. It doesn't matter in which college you study. As long as you have a firm knowledge about your courses you will get along well. I would insist you to choose the branch in which you are interested. If you love computers and have a craze about programming go for CSE. If you love machines go for mechanical. Both have wide scope in this competitive world.
    All the best.

Follow your interest if you want to do coding and stuff, go to NIT-Patna and if you are interested in machines and core engineering, join BIT-Mesra.
