Hello, owning a residence and acquiring a residence are two very distinct things, and neither has anything to do with attending a certain college. A student is typically expected to live with their parents. However, one might become a resident of another state based on the requirements set forth by that state after obtaining employment and relocating there. We must VISIT the Delhi government website to learn more about the requirements for becoming a residence in Delhi. I wish you well.

Hello, having a domicile and getting a domicile are totally different perspectives and they have nothing to do with studying in a particular college. Normally a student is supposed to have domicile what parents have. However after getting a job and settling in another state one can get domicile of that state based on the conditions prescribed by that state. To know the conditions of getting domicile of Delhi we will have to SEE the website of Delhi government to know the criteria for this. Best wishes to you.
