The question of quitting a good job will depend a lot on an individual choice, financial situation and risk appetite and career aspirations.
Since, you are happy with your MNC job, you could try for taking a sabbatical from your employer for completion of the course, this way you are minimizing your risk and have the guarantee of getting back to the job with the same company on completion of the MBA.
Campus packages depend on a lot of factors, wherein most of them are not in any ones control. You can check with FMS-BHU on this as they will have the required data with them.
