Yes, you can get, but you have to wait for the last round of the counselling, as in the first round you might not get that, as in the first round student try to find for the best and hence they block 2-4 seats in best institute but till the last round they are confirmed that they have to go in that particular college so all other seat left vacant and then lower rank students get that. -
