Any chances of converting to admission in CAP 4? I got 74.34 percentile.

There are chances of converting. You could also try against vacant seats if any by visiting the campus. The vacant seats are also filled on merit basis and availability of seat.

Yes, you can personally visit the college and fill the application form as per the notice as ILS seats.
