Any chances of getting admission in IIMs, MDI, NITIE etc if my CAT percentile is above 98? I do not have any work experience.

My profile: 10th - 75.5%, 12th - 77.2% and B.Tech - 65% till 3rd year.

All IIMs have different criteria (weightage to 10th, 12th, graduation, work experience, CAT score, gender). You can find the criteria for CAT 2016 in IIM websites. To increase the chance is to definitely score high in CAT. Also score well in the 4th year. Best wishes.
