Any chances of getting admission in mechanical engineering or any other branch? I got 65% in 12th and scored 75% in CET and 14 in JEE.

No, as you have got a good percentage in IPE exams, you didn't get a rank in JEE exam. So, I think you have to pay for your seat in those campus.
