Any course abroad for completing my discontinued engineering.

Hi i have discontinued my engineering it the year 2011 i joined in engineering in the year 2007.I have completed 206 credits out of 216 credits to get the degree but unfortunately i had to discontinue.Is there any course abroad which accepts the credits and lets me do 1or2 year course to get a degre
