Any distance courses for MPH from a recognised university? Better option between PGDM or Master in Public Health for career growth?

I have Master's in Zoology and have been working for an NGO (Public Health field) for more than a year. What are the best options to grow in Public health field (Health Management specifically), if leaving job is not an option?
