Any engineering college with the lowest fees under 20k per year and non-attending available please tell me.

Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory in every semester in all Engineering Colleges for regular mode classes. The fee of government engineering colleges is very reasonable. So please write about the home state you belongs for better response.
