U can apply for certain posts of staff selection commission cgl exam if u are a graduate from ugc recognised indian university. upsc/public sectors notifies for certain high grade posts for the aspirants with relevant work experience and qualification. u need to follow the notifications. in general

Go through the ssc cgl notification. U will get the total idea. But this year form fill up has ended. Try next year if your age does not exceed 32.. All the best. Thank you.
