The application material for universities in US, generally consists of:
1.Complete Application form.
2.Application fee. (if applicable)
3.10th and 12th Transcripts.(Attested)
4. Undergraduate Transcripts.(Attested)
5.Statement of Purpose (SOP)
6. Letter of Recommendation (2-3)
7.Resume
8.Affidavit of Support.(In case, if your parents are sponsoring you)
9.GRE/GMAT score card.
10.TOEFL/IELTS score card.
