Currently, I am pursuing finance and marketing. It's better to pursue two functions and talking about the stream I would say that it depends from person to person on how you pursue that stream or both the stream. I am an engineer (at Reliance Jio Infocom) by profession. Will MBA (marketing) from KIAMS, Pune would be safe or not (placements wise)? Thanks for the reply.

First of all, KIAMS doesn't provide MBA instead it offers PGDM. Secondly, marketing and finance is the strength of KIAMS, but from this year, operations stream has also seen a boom from the academic point of view.
