Any one know about any faculty development program in abroad for Indian faculties having no PhD degree?

For example if you want teach English you can take up masters as MSc TESOL. That is Teaching English as foreign language. Like that many specific masters are available in education. You also have masters In MBA or MA in leadership for Principals ot headmasters for educational institution leadership

I am talking about faculty development program as in India many institute provided it for the faculties under. QIP/TEQIP program sponsored by government of India. I want to know about other countries such programs which offers to foreigner student.

To be a qualification, you are to obtain them from those among the list released by the UGC. Not all can be a qualification. The rules also come from UGC or AICTE. Please, check with the concerned University site.Otherwise, you may waste your time and resources.
