Any other state students can apply for MCA in your university (Rajasthan University of Engineering and Technology) without attempt NIMCET?

I attempted CMAT 2018 and completed BCA form Gujarat state.

NIMCET is an MCA entrance exam conducted by 11 MITs. CMAT is for MBA. You cannot apply for the said university with any of the exams.
