any per course English classes in England and Canada to cope up my low ielts score of 4.0

I have low IELTS score of 5.0 and do not want to appear again for the same, are there any english language cources that i can enroll in before i go and join my main course in England or Canada so that i do not get declined on my visa?

Hi Ravneet, sorry no courses are available and you can for Singapore student visa as well, so it will help in improve the English proficiency and later stage you can apply for Canada or UK with better IELTS score
