As per G.O.M/s No 73, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW) (III) Department dated 14.07.2004,SC / ST students pursuing distance education (formal stream) are eligible for reimbursement of the non-refundable fees if they are not employed and if the annual income of their parents does not exceed Rs 1
