any stipend money expected after the course, i.e, during internship??

Greetings!
Only the local students are eligible for stipend. But after completion of the course, when a student clears USMLE (UNITED STATES MEDICAL LICENCING EXAMINATION), then there are chances of earning a stipend of 2000 USD to 4000 USD per month during their residency.
