Apart from IIT's, are there any colleges which take admission on the basis of JEE Advanced results?

No, there is not a single college except IITs who take the JEE Advanced score only Indian institute of space Science and technology is an institute cum IIT who accepts JEE advance score. They requires under 1000 rank to make eligible for IIT colleges. This is tough
