Apart from research paper, what else should I do to increase my chances of admission in Germany ?

My academic qualification are 10th with 82%, 12th with 85% and B.Tech with 80%.

Hey Anshuman, academic grades are the most important factor for admission in German institutes. Your grades seem pretty decent. Research work in a relevant field, publications, a little work experience will help. Knowledge of German language is also beneficial. Hope it helps!
