All the central government funded colleges have NC-OBC reservation for MBA. For ex: Central Universities of India,NIT's, IIT's, IIFM Bhopal etc.
Also some state funded colleges are giving this reservation for their respective state candidates. For ex: If you are a Maharashtra born candidate then yo

I said Maharashtra as an example. Every state colleges will have OBC quota like Maharashtra. Check it with your state government colleges.
You can get the list of central government colleges in India which is providing MBA by googling. Check wikipedia or some educational portals
