IES is all about maintaining accuracy with speed as you have to attempt 150 questions in 180 minutes in technical and 100 questions in 120 minutes in non tech. IES is easy than IAS but you can't take it in an easy way. You have to work hard. You can follow free online tutorials for IES. First off, see the syllabus for your branch and start preparing topic wise. If you can join some institutes, it will be helpful for you.
