Training can induce artificial personality. Artificial Personality can score during Interviews, fool the board. They may not be the right person the board was looking for. Does that make sense?

A Person having the appearance dose not have the good personality.Now -a- days appearance wins over the personality .By having the appearance all believing that his /her personality will be good.But the fact is that is not always true.
