Applied NEET UG under ews quoto if I fail to submit ews Certificate at the time of counciling what will happen.

    If you do not submit the EWS Certificate during the Counselling, then you will shift to the General Category and you do not treat in the EWS category. You will do Counselling in Open category or your open.
