Go to Germany coz in Germany you can complete your Bachelor degree with out any tuition fees.!!
you have to pay just a nomianl amount for admission otherwise tution fees are free
and for fooding and lodging it will be little bit costly but deepends on yoyr luxurious

The cost will vary as per the degree. B. tech /B.E are generally costlier. On an average Usa it would be 18k to 30k US dollars, New Zealand is 10k to 30k NZ dollars and Australia somewhere between 15k to 35k Aus dollars. If you are looking for low cost countries, Germany, Ireland, Canada are the best.
