Are 10th, 12th and graduation marks counted for the admission in K.J.Somaiya Institute of Management?

Asked about K J Somaiya Institute of Management - Master of Business Administration (MBA)

I am currently studying in B.Com first year in Mumbai. I have 68.4 in 10th, 56.4 in 12 all these are of CBSE, and I have A grade in first semester of degree. So are these marks counted? I have already joined CAT classes and studying for it or should I quit the class?
