Are academic records a major factor to crack an interview or get selected in a best B-school?

Yes, if u r talking about reputed colleges, academic records play a vital role. Besides good percentile in cat, gd/pi round, work experience (not mandatory) also have some advantages. IIMs give more weightage to academic records. All the best. Thank you

Yes dear maximum reputed bschool give weightage to academic record. Dont think much. Think about the thing which is in your hand. Prepare well for entrances and gd/pi
