Dr.D.Y.patil B school offers both entrance based as well as the merit based.

In terms of entrance based we can say that it considers the entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, MAT etc. Through any one exam one can get the admission.
In terms of merit based too it offers admission. Minimum 50% is required in previous examination for admission.
So we can say that the institute offers both merit as well as the entrance based admissions.
