The International Maritime Institute (IMI), located in Greater Noida, primarily accepts applications based on admission. Admission to B.Tech programmes is determined by the results of the Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET), which is administered following counselling. Merit may be a factor, however the IMU CET test is quite important.

Admissions at the International Maritime Institute (IMI), Greater Noida, are fundamentally entrance-based. For B.Tech courses, admissions are based on the Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) exam, taken after counseling. Merit could be a figure, but IMU CET exam plays a critical part.
