<p>Yes Houston Community College (HCC) is accepting overseas students for the Spring 2025 semester. You would need to finish your application and send in the necessary paperwork well in advance of the Spring 2024 application deadline which is October 15 2024. You should be able to apply because your PTE score of 63 satisfies their English proficiency criteria which is a minimum of 53 for the PTE.<br><br>Make sure you also send in the required paperwork such as your transcripts, passport photocopy, and I-20 form.</p>
