Are admissions to B.Tech Computer Science still open?

My daughter wants to get admission to this course in 2024 but could not due to medical reasons.

Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and many other cities are not outside but within India. Private institutions in the country have a developing or feeble counterpart in themselves. Admissions into B.Tech in Computer Science are still open in different institutions for 2024.
