are all ca's involve in tax evasion and illegal activities?

people say that carrer as a ca is not possible if you are not invoived in tax evasion and illegal activities,but sir if they are involved in such things and if govt. official came to know about it then image of mnc and ca will get tarnish .tell me the real picture please.
