Yes all ICSE n CBSE students are elligible for IIT/AIEEE . Although it is a good idea to start preparation early(from 11th std) . You may consider taking up coaching classes to crack the exam from an institute like ACE - http://bit.ly/iiz0qN

On eligibility and board compatibility with IIT syllabus write to info@iitpratishthan.com well one advice if you are focused on apex exams like IIT-jee get yourself clar on enginering or medical, studying both mathematics and Bio would be taxing while considering such top of charts exams best of luc

yes all ICSE n CBSE students are elligible for IIT/AIEEE and all kinds of medical entrance examinations.i had done my schooling from ICSE school and appeared for all,all india medical entrance examinations.
