Are all the questions in JEE Mains exam asked in MCQ format?

<p>Not every question in the JEE Mains does feature the format of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions). The pattern of this test is that it divides each subject- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics- into two sections:</p><p>1. *Section A* contains MCQs, where every question has four options; a candidate has to select the correct option.<br>2. Section B has questions with numerical value answers; candidates need to write the correct numerical value. Such type of questions has no options and not MCQ.</p><p>The total number of questions in JEE Mains is 90: 20 questions from Section A (MCQs) and 10 from Section B (numerical).</p><p>A candidate has to prepare for this exam, keeping in mind such a format.
