    Yes, according to Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE) rules the B.Ed. Appearing students are also eligible to apply for CTET exam. In the official notification, it is clearly mentioned in the eligibility criteria of papers 1 and 2:
    1. Students appearing in their final year of Diploma
    2. Students appearing in B.Ed.
    3. Candidates appearing in any other teaching course recognised by NCTE
    These can also apply to the CTET exam. However, you need to complete your course by the time you apply for a teaching post.

    You need to have B.Ed. Or any teaching course degree to apply for CTET. Anyone who is just 12th pass can apply for primary stage of CTET after 2 year Diploma course the earliest.
