Are B.Tech ECE graduates eligible for M.Tech. CSE in all/most universities, based only on GATE score? Which universities don't allow this?

I have noticed that some universities such as IIT-Roorkee and Jadavpur University allow only CS/IT graduates for CSE M.Tech.

Hello, Yes, ECE students can take up CSE GATE. However, this is not as easy as it looks. You need to work your off to crack the exam. Not really, it doesn't help answer my question. I was already aware of my ability to sit for any GATE paper. My question was specifically to find out which colleges allow interdisciplinary students for M.Tech CSE from B.Tech ECE, given they qualify GATE in CSE. And can't really add anything new when
