Are B.Tech. placements at Monark University good?

<p>The B.Tech placements in Monark University are constantly improving but they do differ considerably depending on the course and the student's capability. Some of them are:</p><p>1. Companies Visiting: The popular companies visiting the campus for placement purposes include TCS, Amazon and many other similar technology and non-technology based companies.</p><p>2. Placement Rates: It has been indicated that the placement rates vary differentially from one's batch and department between 40%-80%.</p><p>3. Salary Packages: The maximum package that has been availed approaches 6,00,000 per year, while the mean is about 2.4 Lacs per year (20000/month).</p><p>4. Opportunities: Other than placement; there are also some other services availed; these include career guidance, seminars and short term internships to facilitate employability enhancement.</p><p>On the whole, although Monark University has some placement help for its students, most students will have to look for internships or ways of networking in order to improve their chances of employment. If the student wants highly competitive and regular placements, the student has to think about the course he is taking and the settings he is expecting.</p>
