Yes, BHMS doctors are known by government of India. After finishing BHMS, students must register with State Homeopathic Medical Council or CCH to do homeopathy legally.
This recognition make sure homeopathic doctors are real licensed doctors and can check and treat patients with homeopathic medicine.
