Are certification or distance learning Diploma courses enough to get good employment?

From the employment perspective, distance learning courses do not add much of a value in securing a well-paying job, however it is likely to give you a push in the current employment if the employer is in sync with the certifications or diploma you plan to pursue and if it adds any value to adv

DEC-approved programs can lead to job placement just as a traditional degree can. Students from traditional programs should make sure that programs are accredited by the appropriate institution or council just as distance education students do.
