are chartered accountants cover all departments directly or indirectly?

sir i am interested in getting involved in judgeing business project profitability,cost, revenue,sales,marketing, finance so choosing ca will be opt or not.

Doing CA will give a fairly good knowledge of most of the areas / fields mentioned by you. However as an professional, you cant work in all these areas. You will have to choose & stick to one of these which interests you the most.

No , Dear the Chartered Accountants covers only the audit and Consultant portion in Commerce For Compliance of Company Act 1956 there is a company secretary required For Compliance of Cost audiit Cost and Works Accountant required But CA covers 50 to 70 % departments

CA covers all these portions. But I would say the coverage is not enough for making good career in these fields. Please go for MBA-Finance from top B-schools only, if you want to make career in areas specified above. If Top B-school is not possible than CA is enough as it covers various fields.
