are chartered accountants really involved in tax evasion?
people say that it is necessary for a ca to do tax evasion and tax evasion is illegal.sir i want to know the real picture ,whether it is true or not.

There are two concepts one is tax evasion and one is tax planning.
Tax evasion is illegal but tax planning is 100 % legal. Most of the Chartered Accountant are part of Tax planning. Tax planning involves the use of exemption and deduction sections of Income Tax Act and using other section in such a

he is not involving in tax evasion , he is involving in tax saving
