Are cleared backlogs(b.tech) problem in future to get a job in MNC's?
IM doing second year now...i have backlogs.but now cleared...is there any problem in feature to get job?

There are a few MNCs that insist on clearance of all papers in first attempt. A few MNCs insist on clearance of all papers upto fifth semester before you appear for campus placement interviews. But, normally on an average, you will have to clear all papers before you join the firm.

There are some companies which do not recruit the candidates with a history of back logs, and there are some companies which accepts the candidates with backlogs, but it should be all cleared by the time you join the company.

Yes, some multinational firms doesn't accept students who have backlogs but you may try for others those don't have such criteria and after getting experience backlogs don't create problems even in those firms but try to avoid more backlogs.
