Are CMA and ICWAI both same courses with the same value?

Hi,
CMA is a course offered by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI). It is a course alternate to CMA and has the same value as CA but when compared to it, CMA has more subjects on cost, management accounting, etc.
