Are correspondence course and non-collegiate courses different?

I have done B.Com from Rajasthan University as non-collegiate student. Few entrance & competition exams have set eligibility criteria as graduation from correspondence or through single sitting paper are not eligible. Do I qualify the eligibility or not?

Hi Mahima, Let me tell you, if you have studied from UGC approved university, then there is no difference be it in entrance exam or in single sitting or either be career wise aspects, because if a distance education course is UGC approved, then it is equal to the regular college ones.

Thanks Varun. But PTET entrance exam for B.Ed says that graduates from correspondence or by giving single sitting exam are not eligible to give the paper. I want to ask about by B.Com from Rajasthan University as non-collegiate student, am I eligible or not?
