Are courses taught in English at the University of Helsinki?

University of Helsinki has an extensive portfolio of programs across bachelor's, master's as well as doctorate levels through its faculty of Arts, Educational Sciences, Law, Theology and Social Sciences. It offers 36 multidisciplinary master's programme with English as the language of instruction. However, in many of the programs, students can also complete studies partly or fully in Finnish and/or Swedish.
These University of Helsinki international master's programme have one intake per academic year. Thus, students can only submit their application during the annual application period.
