Eligibility criteria may vary from one employer to the other.But, certainly they are not one and the same..

no BSC not equivalent to BE you can assume MSC or MCA equivalent to BTech

no the B.sc diploma are not equivalent to B.E there a difference in studies as B.E is 4years cousre while Bsc is 3years so definetly they are not same.
