Are Diploma holders eligible for pursuing Bachelors in Germany?

No dear, diplomas are not accepted. If you have completed 10+2 you need to meet certain requirements
1. Successfully completing the first year of a Bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field or
2. Successfully clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination f
